frequent crashes, support not interested in crash reports

It was a good app, but the last few months (!) the app crashes very often while scrolling through news feeds. I sent dozens of crash reports, with no single answer or even just a simple „sorry, we are aware of your problem and try to fix it soon“.

I don’t expect a problem to be fixed within days. But I expect at least getting an answer when I take the time to fill out crash reports.
