Not a good feed reader for my workflow
Heres my basic workflow: I quickly skim new items from my feed service and send the interesting ones to my read later service. I think thats pretty typical. Heres my basic problem: although ReadKit knows about both my feed service (e.g., Feed Wrangler) and my read later service (e.g., Pocket) it has no easy way to send items from one to the other.
I discovered (by trial and error, theres no documentation) that I could *drag* items on the right to the read later service on the left, but thats no good; when youre trying to get through a long list very quickly you really dont want to take your hands off the keyboard. You especially dont want to take your hands off the keyboard to perform a long drag across a large desktop screen using a small trackpad. To make matters worse, the list on the left isnt always visible--e.g., in focus mode when youre just focusing on one article at a time.
The ReadKit guys can and no doubt will fix this, but until they do it simply doesnt fit my workflow.
(Theres one additional issue. The little refresh/sync icon has been turning ever since I installed the software yesterday. The counts for everything seem to be correct, etc. I have no idea what its doing or why thats happening.)
